Who Is Embracia

Embracia is one big happy family! The organisation includes Embracia Education and Embracia Aged Care. Embracia is a family run organisation with over 30 years experience in the aged care industry. Embracia Education is passionate about delivering high quality nationally endorsed qualifications in Aged Care. Our vast industry experience in Aged Care allows us to provide students with the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in the Aged Care sector.

Embracia Education is a Registered Training Organisation that delivers Nationally Recognised Qualifications under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) and is registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).

What Courses Can I Study At Embracia Education?

Embracia Education delivers the following courses to international students:

CHC33021 - Certificate III In Individual Support (Ageing) – Direct Entry Pathway

Intensity: Face to Face, 3 days per week
Duration: 41 weeks over 12 months

CHC43015 - CERTIFICATE IV IN AGEING SUPPORT – Direct Entry Pathway

Intensity: Face to Face, 3 days per week
Duration: 60 weeks over 18 months

All our courses are delivered at our campus in Moonee Valley. Students are required to attend class 3 days a week.

What are the visa requirements?
If you wish to study in Australia, you need to apply for a student visa. Find out further information about student visas

What are the Embracia Education enrolment requirements?

All international students enrolling at Embracia Education must:

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English
  • Verified evidence of IELTS Level 5.5
  • Have completed an equivalent secondary schooling level of a High School Certificate or can demonstrate suitable work or life experience
  • Meet the following Student Visa 500 subclass requirements:
    • Be a genuine temporary entrant
    • Meet English language test score requirements
    • Demonstrate financial capacity
    • Hold Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
    • Meet the health requirements
    • Be of good character

Can I work while I study?
While on a student visa, you can work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and unlimited hours during semester breaks. Australia has laws guaranteeing basic workplace rights, including minimum pay and conditions. Make sure you read this information about Visa holders work rights and entitlements in Australia
Is there a support person who I can talk to at Embracia?

There sure is. Embracia Education has a dedicated Student Support Officer who you can talk to about your study and time in Australia. We want to ensure you have a great experience and will provide support and guidance.
